- How to Order: You
may call
during business hours or
email your
gift request, provide a few details and we will create a
beautiful gift for you.
For information or gift requests made via email,
a form has
been provided on this web site. On requests left
through email or a phone message, we will call you back
to obtain all necessary details.
- Payment: Payment by check or cash is required at pick-up or
before delivery or shipping. PayPal payments are
required prior to pick-up, delivery or shipping.
We also offer electronic invoicing through PayPal to offer
additional payment options such as VISA, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover, and electronic checks.
Holiday Items . . . please note:
All Holiday orders require
payment at the time order is taken.
Decorative pieces used in photographs
are not for sale. Pricing listed is for
the finished basket/gift design,
(including cello wrap and bow) but does
not include tax, delivery or shipping
fees.
- Pick-Up: You can
arrange to pick up your gift at our location if you
wish.
- Delivery:
We provide local delivery. Rocklin delivery fees
are $8.00 per address. Outside Rocklin, please
inquire.
A nominal handling fee applies to multiple gift designs
delivered to the same address.
- Shipping:
Packages are shipped via UPS within the United States.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the number of
baskets, weight, and desired shipping method. We
offer overnight, 3-day air, and 5-7 ground shipping
through UPS.
- Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates for Vanessa's Signature Gift Designs
are available. Minimum gift certificate purchase
is $10.00. Please

for more details.

Ordering your gift item(s)
early is best practice whenever feasible. Pre-ordering
is highly recommend and particularly crucial during
the holiday season to ensure the timely delivery and
availability of your gift(s) during the busy holiday season.
Out of stock, discontinued,
or high demand items may necessitate the need to substitute
items at anytime, however substitutions would be of equal or
greater value.
