Ordering on line is available 24 hours 7 days a week. You
may also call
during business
hours or email
your gift request. All orders are processed during business
hours.
For
information or gift inquiries made via email,
a form has been
provided on this web site. Requests left through email or
phone message will receive an e-mail or call back to obtain
necessary details.
Custom Order Requests:
Our gift basket designs are endless and ever-changing. If
you don’t find what you want in our online store, give us a
call and we will create a design for you. We are delighted
to help you with customizing your gift for that special
occasion or person. Call us today.
Business Appointment Service:
If you need us to come out to your business location
with gift basket samples, we are happy to assist. Call us
today to make an appointment.
Payment: Online order payments are processed through PayPal.
Payment for all gift orders is required at the time the
order is taken. For custom orders we also offer electronic
invoicing through PayPal, as well as accepting personal or
business checks. Order processing takes place when payment
is cleared. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Pick-Up: You can arrange
to pick up your gift at our Rocklin location during business
hours, Monday through Thursday 10a – 3pm by appointment
only. All customers are required to provide a
phone number and email address in which they can be reached.
Delivery: We provide
local delivery. Rocklin delivery fees are $8.00 per address.
For residential deliveries we call ahead to ensure someone
is available to receive your gift; we never leave gifts at
the door. We will reschedule a delivery time when no one is
available to accept the gift package. This also helps reduce
multiple delivery charges for you as well. All
customers are required to provide a phone number and
email address in which they can be reached. During
checkout in the "Comments" box, please include the full
name, address, and phone number for the person receiving the
gift. A minimal
handling fee applies to multiple gift designs delivered to
the same address. We have limited delivery outside Rocklin,
please inquire.
Shipping: Packages are
shipped via United Parcel Service. UPS requires a physical
address for all shipments; P.O. boxes are not acceptable.
Please note, we ship only to the 48 contiguous states of the
United States.
UPS Ground Service:
approximate business days in transit – West Coast 1 – 3 days
* Mid West 4 – 5 days* East Coast 5 – 7 days
Wrong Address Provided:
Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong
address due to inaccurate / incomplete address information
being provided. Customers will be charged for shipped
packages returned for inaccurate / incomplete address
information being provided.
Privacy Policy:
Vanessa’s Signature Gift Designs does not share or sell any
customer information. Any information you provide to us is
used solely for the purpose of expediting your orders.
Holidays: Vanessa’s
Signature Gift Designs is also closed on: New Years Eve, New
Years Day, Palm Sunday through Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving
Day, the week before Christmas and Christmas Day.

ABOUT PRODUCT &
DESIGN AVAILABILITY
Ordering your
gift item(s) early is best practice whenever feasible. This
will help to ensure the timely delivery and availability of
your gift choice(s). During the holiday seasons we recommend
a minimum two week lead time for multiple gift requests and
custom designs. For corporate and business needs, one to two
months lead time is recommended for large orders. These
considerations will help increase securing your first choice
designs and product options.
While we work
hard to make sure we have client favorites available, we
also work hard to offer fresh and new designs that can
change frequently. Some designs have limited availability or
may be a one of a kind creation.
Occasionally
food and non-food items may vary. Out of stock,
discontinued, or high demand items may necessitate
substitution, however substitutes will always be of equal or
greater value. In warmer weather, certain chocolate products
may be substituted for an item that will not melt.
